This mosaic shows the heavy rain pattern associated with the remains of Francis at 00z on the 9th. A primary band of heavy rain was located over western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Another band of heavy rain (a "feeder" band) was located from northern Virginia north to central Pennsylvania.
