Radar rainfall estimates through 21 UTC on the 9th indicated that the over 4 inches of rain fell across the area near Lake Ontario. Radar estimates over south central Pennsylvania ranged from 2 to 3 inches, however rain gage data in that area indicated that some localized 3 to 4 inch rainfalls occurred.
