The data on this slide shows isentropic up-glide over central New York. This matches the NAM forecast shown previously, better than the previous GFS forecast (which showed a neutral pressure advection pattern). The primary difference is that the 500 mb wind on this slide is from the southeast: similar to the NAM forecast, but different from the GFS (which showed a southerly flow).
