  • The pattern of frontogenesis, vertical motion, EPV and relative humidity just east of BGM indicated by the RUC appeared to be a compromise between the NAM and GFS.

  • Likewise, the mid-level divergence located above the frontal zone as indicated by the RUC appeared to be a compromise between the NAM and GFS.
