Notes:
This IR satellite image shows large amounts of moisture moving up the east coast in the deep southerly flow during the afternoon the 26th. The coldest cloud tops were down over the Delmarva area, however flash flooding was also occurring over the western Catskills in association with a much smaller cluster of thunderstorms.
