Notes:

The NAM run at 00 UTC on December 14th indicated that a surface low would move northeast up the Ohio Valley. A second low was forecast to develop near the mid-Atlantic coast. The secondary low would become dominant and move northeast across southern New England. Temperatures were forecast to warm above zero degrees C at 850 mb over portions of northeast Pennsylvania, indicating the potential for icing in that area.
