500 mb heights, sea-level pressure and RH

Notes:

The large-scale pattern associated with this event did not appear to be supportive of heavy snow across northeast Pennsylvania. A low-amplitude upper trough was forecast to track southeast from the eastern Great Lakes toward New England. At the surface, a weak inverted trough was forecast to move across the central Appalachians off the mid-Atlantic coast.
