Notes:
Surface low pressure tracked from the lower Mississippi Valley toward the lower Great Lakes. High pressure was located over eastern Canada. Warm air moving northward over surface-based cold-air set the stage for a classic mixed-precipitation event of northeast Pa and central NY.
