Notes:A radar loop during the early morning hours on the 23rd showed isolated storms developing south of Lake Ontario in central NY. These storms moved east just to the north of Syracuse, producing large hail and damaging winds in that area. Meanwhile, another larger area of rain with embedded thunderstorms was moving northeast across northeast Pennsylvania. |
