Notes:

Inbound base velocity values associated with the line were generally less than 40 kts as the line moved east across central Pennsylvania. However, some damaging wind was occurring over central Pennsylvania during the late afternoon, including a report of several blocks of trees blown down in Lock Haven (Clinton County, Pa).
