Normalized rotation measured using the GR2 analyst system indicated modest rotational values associated with the cell (peak values were around 0.70 at 0.5 degrees). Enhanced wind damage occurred with this cell in Vestal, NY, underneath the rotation, but no evidence for a tornado was found.
