Observed SnowfallNotes:In our area, heavy snow was confined to extreme northeast Pennsylvania and the western Catskills of east central New York. Snow amounts were highly elevation dependent. Snow amounts along the Delaware river generally ranged from 3 to 6 inches, with as much as 10 inches accumulating over the higher elevations of northeast Pennsylvania, and as much as 19 inches accumulating over the higher elevations of Sullivan and Delaware counties in New York.
