Notes:
A mesoscale surface analysis at 21z indicated a warm front moving east across central New York and eastern Pennsylvania during the late afternoon on the 23rd. An axis of low-level frontogenesis can be seen extending (20z to 21z) from central New York through northeast Pennsylvania to New Jersey.
