Notes:
At the surface, low pressure was located over the Ohio Valley. A warm front was moving north of New York, while the primary surface cold front was still located back to the west over Michigan and Indiana. However, a closer analysis (shown later) will indicate that a pre-frontal trough was moving east across western and central New York.Click on image to toggle between images.
