By 0654 UTC, the bow echo diminished to scattered thunderstorm cells. The cells quickly began to rotate. The first rotating cell can be seen on this slide over northwest Chemung county (just northeast of Binghamton). No severe weather was confirmed with this cell.Click on image to toggle between images.
