Notes:
A second line of storms developed over the central southern tier of New York and the central northern tier of Pennsylvania, and moved east through 09z. This line of storms produced significant flash flooding from Bradford county Pennsylvania through Broome, Tioga and Chenango counties in New York. Rainfall totals of up to an inch in an hour fell on already saturated ground, to produce the flooding.Click on image to toggle between images.
