03z September 7th SREF QPF plumes for BGM and ELM
Notes:
Plume forecasts at BGM from the 03z 7th run of the SREF indicated that most runs forecast 1 to 3 inches of rain at BGM. One outlier run forecast 9 inches. Meanwhile, more runs indicated heavier rain at ELM, with most of the SREF members indicating 3 to 6 inches. The heaviest rain ended up falling near or just to the southwest of BGM.
