Notes:
Two estimates of storm total rainfall are shown on this slide: radar estimated rainfall on the top and MPE (mult-sensor) estimated rainfall on the bottom. Both indicate a maxima of over 10 inches just west of BGM in southern New York, with a widespread areas of 5 to 10 inches extending from central Pennsylvania north to central New York.
