Observed snowfall for this event indicated a band of 10 to 16 inches from Bradford county, Pa northeast toward the northern Catskills including the Binghamton area. Accumulations of 5 to 10 inches were measured just to the north in the Ithaca area, and just to the south in the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton areas. Heavier snows farther to the north near Syracuse and Rome included some lake enhancement.
