Notes:
During the evening on the 2nd through the early morning on the 3rd snow spread southeast across northeast Pennsylvania. The heaviest snow persisted across far northern Pennsylvania and southern New York. Modest banding was indicated at times, with snowfall rates generally less than 1 inch per hour.
