The intensity of the snow band can be seen on this plot of total snowfall from 12z on the 30th through 12z on the 31st. Snowfall totals approaching a foot were observed in portions of southern Broome county, while no snow fell just to the west.In general, a band of 3 to 8 inches of snow occurred from Chenango county southwest through Broome and Luzerne counties.
