Notes:
A widespread area of moderate precipitation early on the 30th evolved into spotty light precipitation by 12z as the dry slot overspread the area. Narrow bands of precipitation developed over northeast Pennsylvania and portions of central New York during the afternoon associated with the comma head portion of the storm.
