Checklist resultsNotes:This was a challenging day to fill out a severe weather checklist, as MLCAPE was falling late in the day while low-level shear was rapidly increasing. This first cut used an MLCAPE value of 750 J/kg and a 0-1 km helicity of 75 m2/s2. Environmental storm relative helicity was probably stronger by 00z when the cold front was moving across the area, but these values may have been a good overall estimate for the pre-frontal environment ahead of the front.
