Notes:
Strong outbound velocities can be seen with the bow in the storm relative motion product between 0020z and 0031z. A rotational couplet can be seen briefly along the leading edge of the bow as it approaches Afton in southern Chenango county. A very short-lived tornado touched down in that area around 0030z.
