Notes:
Moderate snow fell for a few hours during the early morning hours from 0730 UTC through 12 UTC, before tapering off. Precipitation rates during this time ranged from 0.05 to 0.10 inches per hour. Heavy wet snow accumulated several inches and resulted in scattered power outages from falling tree limbs.
