GEFS tracks run on 00z 12th

Notes:

The GEFS tracks from the 00z run on the 12th were well to the east of what was ultimately observed, with no member coming close to the observed track near the eastern end of Long Island. Precipitation from the GEFS was also confined to the east coast.
