At 22z positive values of low-level CAPE were all confined to Pennsylvania and extreme southern New York. The Cayuga County supercell was located north of any low-level CAPE. The Wyoming County supercell was moving from an area of large low-level CAPE, across a strong gradient toward lower low-level CAPE. That cell did produce a weak tornado just to the west of Wyoming county, in the area where the low-level vorticity and maxima of low-level CAPE coincided. While the low-level CAPE appears to be near 100 J/kg in Wyoming county, that value may have been lower, depending on how well the gradient was analyzed.
