There are several key similarities in the environments associated with these three events. All three events appeared to be associated with moderate instability, "skinny" CAPE, a weak low-level jet oriented perpendicular to a low-level boundary, and light, weakly sheared winds above the jet. Precipitable water values were well above normal for the season in all three events.
