The 18z HPC analysis indicated a warm front located over northern NY, with most of central NY in the warm sector. A surface trough, associated with the leading edge of a developing area of convection, was located across west central NY. Note that dew points south of the warm front are mainly in the lower 70s, however they are only 60 to 65 across the southern tier of NY.
