Observations at BGM
Notes:
These observations, taken at the Broome county airport near Binghamton during the early morning on the 14th, indicate that the snow mixed with sleet for a few hours at BGM. The automated observer only indicated a couple of minutes of sleet, however the higher visibilities and heavy precipitation amounts between 07 UTC and 09 UTC indicated that significant amounts of sleet were occurring during that time.
