Radar loop

Notes:

This radar loop shows the evolution of the storm. A large area of snow overspread central New York and northeast Pennsylvania during the evening on the 13th. Strong returns over northeast Pennsylvania during the early morning hours on the 14th indicated where snow changed to sleet. Some sleet eventually occurred for a brief time as far north as the southern tier of NY. Meanwhile, sleet fell for several hours across much of northeast Pennsylvania through the morning, before changing to snow during the early afternoon. A band of very heavy snow developed from northeast Pennsylvania northeast through eastern NY during the afternoon on the 14th. The snow ended during the evening.
