Notes:
Observed reflectivity from the Binghamton, NY WSR-88D indicated that the band did develop, in approximately the same location and time as forecast by the NAM. This is an indication that NAM reflectivity forecasts can be of value, especially in situations with strong, large-scale forcing.|
