Radar loop

Notes:

The radar loop shows persistent lake effect snow southeast of Lake Ontario. Also shown was the band of heavier snow that rotated southwestward from eastern New York toward central New York on the 3rd. A clear connection with lake Huron could not be determined by satellite imagery in this case, as the mid and high level clouds shielded the lower lake effect snow clouds.
