Radar reflectivity loop
Notes:
The radar loop during the late afternoon and evening on the 27th indicated a series of bow echos moving across central New York. The first bow echo developed west of Elmira. The structure with that bow became less organized for awhile, then another pronounced bow developed northeast of Binghamton later in the evening.
