Finally, the data on this slide shows the observed snowfall for this event. Amounts ranged from 3 to 5 inches across lower elevations in northeast Pa, where the dry slot and a change to mixed precipitation lowered amounts, to just over a foot across the north and far west (Steuben county through the Syracuse and Rome areas).
