Notes:
Forecast soundings from the short range ensemble forecast (SREF) valid at Binghamton (BGM) from 21z on the 9th to 03z on the 10th indicate the potential for mixed precipitation during that time. Some spread in the temperature forecasts indicates that some members indicated rain, while others indicated snow. In general, the temperatures were trending slightly colder through this period, indicating a gradual transition from rain to snow.
