Notes:
Observed snowfall for this event was mostly 4 to 8 inches across far northern Pennsylvania and southern New York. Amounts were higher in central New York, with over 20 inches in the higher terrain south of Syracuse, and near to just over a foot at lower elevations from Auburn to Syracuse. The lightest amounts at lower elevations in northeast Pennsylvania, where 1 to 4 inches fell.
