Radar data - Schuyler county tornadoNotes:Radar data from the Binghamton WSR-88D indicated that the tornado in Schuyler county, northwest of Watkins Glen was associated with a supercell on the northern end of a broken line of storms. Radar-detectable rotation associated with the storm briefly intensified around the time of tornado touchdown. At the time of tornado touchdown, the storm was located approximately 45 nm from the radar, and the 0.5 degree elevation scan was approximately 4500 feet above ground level.
