Notes:
A comparison between SPC analysis of the 700 mb patterns at 06z on the 30th (widespread precipitation) and 00z on the 31st (banded precipitation) indicated stronger frontogenesis at 06z. The frontogenesis at 00z on the 31st was focused at a lower level, near 850 mb.
