Observed 00z soundings - Buffalo and Maniwaki
Notes:
Observed soundings at Buffalo and Maniwaki from the previous evening indicated a cold northwest flow, however the soundings appeared to be rather dry for a significant lake effect snow outbreak. The inversion height at Buffalo was barely above 800 mb however the inversion was above 600 mb at Maniwaki.
