Notes:
Total snowfall for this event indicated a narrow band of heavy snow extending from northern Cayuga county eastward across the northern suburbs of Syracuse and western Oneida Lake. South of the band snowfall was less than 4 inches from the Finger Lakes to southern Madison county. 4 to 8 inches fell north of the main band from central and northern Oswego county eastward across northern Oneida county.
