Observed snowfall - November 19-21

Observed 48 hour snowfalls are shown on this slide. This was a near record snowfall event for portions of the southern tier of New York, with 27 inches measured at the NWS forecast office at Binghamton. Even heavier amounts were observed to the north near Syracuse, with a few 30 inch reports.
