GFS QPFs
Notes:
QPF’s from the operational GFS (oldest run at 00z on the 12th in the lower right, latest run at 18z on the 13th in the upper left), showed a gradual increase in QPF from run-to-run, however non of these runs came close to forecasting the widespread 2 inches of precipitation that occurred across much of northeast Pa and central NY.
