Notes:
Warm advection (shaded) from 850-700 mb was persistent across central New York from the 2nd through the 3rd, associated with a flow of modified marine air from the northeast. The warm advection was maximized along the frontal zone over eastern New York, and also over and just downstream from Lake Ontario.|
