Flood / flash flood reports

Notes:

Most of the flood and flash flood reports in central New York and northeast Pennsylvania occurred in 3 separate areas. One band of flooding occurred from eastern Tioga and western Broome counties north to Cortland county. The town of McGraw was hit particularly hard within this band. Another band of flooding occurred from east of Wilkes-Barre northeast to Sullilvan and Delaware counties. A fatality occurred within this band in northern Sullivan county, when a car was washed into a stream. Another area of flooding was observed in Oneida county.
