A second storm for Syracuse

Notes:

While one supercell moved east across Oneida county, another severe storm moved northeast across the Syracuse area, affecting the same areas that were hit by the previous storm. Radar-estimated precipitation for the two storms combined exceeded 2.5 inches in portions of Onondaga county by 21 UTC. Significant flooding was reported throughout the Syracuse area around this time.
