This 3-D depiction of velocity shows inbound velocities increasing markedly prior to tornado touchdown. A swath of strong inbounds can be seen developing southwest of the tornado touchdown location, then sweeping cyclonically in from the southwest as the tornado touches down south of Corning.Click on image to toggle through the 3 images.
