Precipitable Water Analyses on June 2nd and 3rd
Notes:
From SPC archives, precipitable water analyses are shown (2000 UTC, 2 June, left; and 1800 UTC, 3 June, right) using short-term data from the RUC model. Note the elongation of enhanced values northward from the vicinity of Barry. Precipitable water values were approximately 175 to 200% of normal at these times across the Ohio Valley and parts of the Northeastern U.S. Progressively darker shades of green denote higher precipitable water values.
