Notes:
The GFS forecast valid at 12z on the 18th indicated 850 mb temperatures ranging from -8 to -12 degrees C across northeast Pennsylvania and central New York. The mean 850 mb temperature from the analog cases was somewhat higher; ranging from -7 to -9 degrees C.
